Larkfield Pump Repairs

A family workshop with decades of expertise and a website stuck in 2014, reimagined as a cinematic site built to win repair bookings.

Precision, restored.

Every pump that leaves our workshop is measured, tested and returned better than it arrived.

On a phone

Just as composed in the palm of a hand.

Most customers meet a small business on their phone first. The layout re-composes itself for a small screen rather than shrinking.

The brief

Larkfield Pump Repairs is a fictional family workshop with more than 25 years of experience. Customers who already know them love them. New customers searching online found a dated page with a visitor counter, no clear services and no way to book.

What we did

  • Led with the promise customers care about. “Precision, restored.” sits at the top, over a photograph of the real craft, with the same-week turnaround and warranty right beneath it.
  • Made booking the obvious next step. A “Book a repair” button stays in view on every page, and on a phone it sits within thumb’s reach.
  • Explained the work in plain words. One clear page per pump type, written around the questions customers actually search for.
  • Built for local and AI search. Structured service details, a connected map listing and direct answers that AI assistants can quote.

The result we design for

A workshop that shows up first when someone nearby searches for pump repairs, and a website that turns that visit into a booking.
